Welcome to Ballin & Livin.

However, product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on device screens, display settings, lighting, photography, garment washing, finishing, and normal manufacturing variation.

Certain Ballin & Livin products may feature garment-dyed, washed, distressed, printed, or individually finished elements. Minor variations may therefore occur from item to item.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, correct product information, change product pricing, limit product quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales by geographic region where necessary.

Limited-release products may sell out and are not guaranteed to be restocked.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Ballin & Livin.

An order is not considered accepted until we confirm it and successfully receive or verify payment.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable
• Pricing or product information was incorrect
• Payment cannot be verified
• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
• Incorrect customer information was provided
• An order violates these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once processing has started, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Products purchased from our consumer storefront are intended primarily for personal use unless otherwise agreed with us.

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.

The price applicable to your purchase will normally be the price shown when your order is submitted.

Where bank transfer or another manual payment method is offered, your order may remain pending until payment has been verified.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If incorrect or incomplete information causes a package to be returned or requires redelivery, additional delivery charges may apply.

Customers are responsible for following any garment care instructions supplied with the product or displayed on the website.

Ballin & Livin is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, including:

• Improper washing
• Bleaching
• Excessive heat
• Tumble drying contrary to instructions
• Ironing directly over graphics
• Improper storage
• Normal wear and tear

Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through the Services is owned by or licensed to Ballin & Livin.

• BL logos
• Collection names
• Product artwork
• Minimal Fear artwork
• Graphics
• Photography
• Videos
• Written content
• Website designs
• Campaign materials
• Product names and slogans

You may access the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Reproduce our content
• Sell or distribute our artwork
• Copy product designs
• Modify or create derivative works
• Republish our photographs or videos commercially
• Use our branding to imply an affiliation with Ballin & Livin
• Manufacture products containing our artwork

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Ballin & Livin is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Ballin & Livin.

Shopify is not the seller of Ballin & Livin products and is not responsible for the products we offer or the fulfilment of your purchase.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers used to operate the store.
