Meetups & Collection

Ballin & Livin currently fulfils orders through arranged meetups in Trinidad. Select your location at checkout. The meetup fee is added to your order total.

• Trincity Mall — TT$30
• Grand Bazaar — TT$50
• South Park — TT$75
• West Mall — TT$75
• POS town (Port of Spain) — TT$75

These are collection options, not home delivery. Tobago and international shipping are not currently offered.

After placing your order

We will contact you using your checkout details to confirm the meetup date, time and exact collection point. Wait for confirmation before travelling. Placing an order does not book an immediate or same-day meetup.

Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order preparation. The meetup date will be agreed separately. We will communicate changes during launches or public holidays.

Payment & collection

For cash-on-delivery orders, pay the full total, including the meetup fee, at handover. Online payments must be confirmed before collection. Bring your order confirmation or order number.

Provide accurate contact details. If you cannot attend, contact us early to arrange another time.

Order issues

Contact us promptly for changes or cancellations. Please inspect your items when received. Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours with your order number, a description and clear photographs. Issues, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. This does not limit applicable consumer rights.
